All Pet Breeder Hub subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a secure payment platform. You can manage your payment method, view invoices, and update billing details at any time.

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Other major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to your subscription settings (Account → Subscription or Breeder Dashboard → Subscription tab).
  2. Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Click "Update Payment Method" and enter your new card details.
  4. Save. Your new payment method will be used for future charges.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you selected. Your billing date is based on the day you first subscribed. You will receive an email receipt after each successful payment.

Viewing and Downloading Invoices

Invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal and in the Subscription tab of your dashboard. Each invoice includes the invoice number, amount, billing period, and a link to download the PDF.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  1. You will receive an email notification about the failed payment.
  2. Stripe will automatically retry the charge after a few days.
  3. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to resolve the issue immediately.
  4. If the payment is not resolved, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier after the grace period.

Payment Security

Pet Breeder Hub never stores your full credit card number. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your financial information is encrypted and secure.
