Overview

If you encounter a review that you believe violates our content guidelines — such as fake reviews, personal attacks, or defamatory content — you can report it for our team to investigate.

How to Report a Review

  1. Find the review on the breeder's profile page.
  2. Click the "Report" button (flag icon) next to the review.
  3. Select a reason for the report from the dropdown:
    • Fake or fraudulent review
    • Contains personal attacks or threats
    • Defamatory or false statements
    • Spam or promotional content
    • Contains personal information
    • Other violation
  4. Add details (optional). Provide any additional context that would help our team understand the issue.
  5. Click "Submit Report".

What Happens After Reporting

  1. Investigation. Our moderation team reviews the reported content against our guidelines. This typically takes 1–5 business days.
  2. Action. If the review violates our guidelines, it will be flagged, edited, or removed. If it does not violate our guidelines, it will remain published.
  3. Notification. The reporter may be notified of the outcome. Due to privacy, we may not share all details of the action taken.

For Breeders: Responding to Negative Reviews

Before reporting a negative review, consider whether it violates our guidelines or simply reflects a customer's honest (if unfavorable) experience. Negative reviews that are factual and based on genuine experience will not be removed.

Instead of reporting, you can:

  • Write a public response to share your side of the story professionally.
  • Request mediation if you believe there is a misunderstanding that can be resolved.

See Responding to Reviews for detailed guidance.
