Overview

The Analytics tab gives you insight into how pet seekers are finding and interacting with your profile. Use these metrics to understand your visibility, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions about your listing.

Key Metrics

  • Profile views — How many times your full profile page has been viewed. This tells you how many people are actively looking at your listing.
  • Contact requests — How many times visitors have used your contact information (clicked your phone, email, or website links). A high view-to-contact ratio means your profile is compelling.
  • Search impressions — How many times your listing appeared in search results, even if the user did not click through. This indicates your visibility in the directory.
  • Rating trends — How your average rating has changed over time. Track improvements or address dips.

Reading the Charts

Each metric is displayed with a sparkline chart showing the trend over time. An upward trend indicates growing visibility and engagement. If you see a sudden drop, consider whether your profile needs updating, whether you have responded to recent reviews, or whether seasonal factors are at play.

Using Analytics to Improve

  • Low impressions? Your profile may need more content, better keywords in your description, or additional breeds listed.
  • High impressions but low views? Your search card may need a better photo or more compelling summary.
  • High views but low contacts? Your full profile may need more trust signals: photos, health tests, reviews, and certifications.
  • Declining metrics? Check if your profile information is current and whether competitors have improved their listings.
